We just completed our 3rd real estate transaction with Silvia.

When we decided to move out of state recently there was no question, we would be calling Silvia to sell our home. Moving is stressful, so many details, so many things to do, so many things that can go wrong. Not the least of which was our house sale. But we knew we could put that in Silvia's capable hands and focus entirely on the other tasks. I cannot overstate our trust in Silvia for her market knowledge in setting a fair price, and helping us prep/stage the house, and knowing the best selling strategy. We also knew that Silvia is very experienced and smart, and she would easily handle the dynamics of the negotiation. The sale happened without a hitch and for a great price. Finally, I should mention that we greatly appreciated the way Silvia kept in touch between sales (over many years), whether it be a little gift, just a note or with help on recommendations. Silvia is so friendly without ever being intrusive.

"Sylvia is a consummate professional. She cares about what is important to her clients and works hard to ensure they are satisfied. We have worked with her on three properties over the last two decades. She has tirelessly shown us many properties and diligently toiled to ensure we got the most the market would bear when we sold and the best bang for buck on our purchases. She is a great communicator and knows the Rochester market extremely well. We sometimes disagreed on strategy but she always had our best interest in mind. During the years between home transactions, she diligently kept in touch, inviting us to client thank you events, dropping by with fresh bread, maple syrup or some other goodies, usually accompanied by a thoughtful note to keep her fresh in our minds. "We are a multi-generational family that was planning a cross-country move, and we wanted to start our house hunting process early. A friend recommended Silvia. She was very helpful and provided additional information about the NYS real estate market (a market that was very different from the market that we were familiar with). She was able to tell us more about houses we were interested in (remotely), did video walk-throughs so we could virtually "see" houses, and easily adapted to our changing needs. When our move date came before we were able to find a house, both Silvia and Oliver were there to help us in person. Both got us into view houses that we were interested in quickly and were helpful in pointing out things that we may not have thought of. Once we put an offer in, both were very thorough explaining each step of the process – we never felt alone. Now we're in a great house and in much less time that we thought.
